What sizes and thicknesses can I order?
Common sheet sizes include 1200 × 2400 mm and 1220 × 2440 mm. Thicknesses, cut sizes and finishes vary by product grade. Send the required specification so availability can be confirmed.
What asbestos information can I request?
Ask for the composition information and any available asbestos-related test documentation for the exact board under review. ISO, CE and a laboratory name should not be treated as interchangeable proof of asbestos status.
Can you support OEM requirements?
Share your dimensions, surface finish, branding, packing and expected order quantity. We will confirm the available options, sample requirements and order conditions for the selected product.
How is the lead time confirmed?
Production and shipping schedules depend on the product, quantity, finish, sample approval and destination. The quotation should state the estimated production lead time separately from transit time and the applicable trade terms.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ and trial-order options depend on the product and order mix. Send the required board sizes, thicknesses and quantity. Container loading should be calculated for the actual panel weight, packing and permitted payload.
Which standards and reports apply?
Provide the required standard, project location and intended application. We will identify relevant available documents and their product scope. A laboratory report, a conformity marking and a management-system certificate serve different purposes.
